Personnel advisors in the administrative or technical sector
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to manage temporary and permanent jobs for qualified specialists in the administrative field. Working independently, you will provide support to our existing clientele and seek to expand the client base in your business sector. You will work with job seekers throughout the hiring process, meeting the pool of candidates, selecting the best ones and then hiring them. Your duties will also include various administrative tasks together with active personnel marketing.
Requirements:
This position requires soft skills and a natural flair for sales that will make you an indispensable partner for business clients and job seekers on a daily basis. Being an effective advisor also means having in-depth knowledge of the market as well as the ability to recognize strengths and weaknesses, communicate with ease and gain the confidence of others.
You must have a professional diploma together with experience in sales or as a client advisor. Further training in the administrative field, sales or human resources would be ideal. You must be a native French speaker with strong language skills in German and/or English.
