Thomas International: PPA - Personal profile analysis, team audit, job profiling. 

PinPoint®: Kelly offers a unique service called PinPointTM (trademarked in agreement with Microsoft). It is an interactive evaluation and self-training tool based on the Windows® applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

Administrative tests: Used to evaluate such abilities as spelling, grammar, typing speed, text input and alphanumeric data entry, in French, German and Italian. 

ITC®: An interactive multimedia training program for Call Center representatives. The training program is run in a simulated work environment that encompasses all core services offered by a Call Center (customer service, telephone sales, advisory, claims processing, etc.) 

Language testing (in partnership with udm online testing): Audio-visual evaluation in five different fields: grammar, communication, vocabulary and written and spoken comprehension in German, French, English, Italian and Spanish. The progressive levels of difficulty and results achieved with this method are in line with the standards set by the Council of Europe. 

Hygiene & safety training: In the food sector, compliance with strict hygiene and safety standards is fundamental. Kelly offers a number of training possibilities in hygiene and safety. Candidates are awarded a certificate for each training program that they successfully complete. 

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Quality assurance principles applied by Kelly through training programs that can be tailored to a broad range of business sectors.
