In the case of each assignment, the first 3 months of uninterrupted work shall be regarded as a trial period.
A new trial period shall begin every time the worker starts a new assignment in a different client company. The same shall apply in the event of the worker performing a different function in a client company where he has already/previously worked.
In the event of the trial period being interrupted due to illness, accidents or legal obligations which the worker has not volunteered for, the trial period shall be extended accordingly.
In the event of a maximum working week or fixed term contract, the trial period of three months at the most shall be equal to three quarters of the agreed period.
