What is Temporary Work?

Temporary work consists in concluding a work contract whereby the employer places the worker, with the latter’s consent, at the disposal of third parties for the purpose of carrying out some work, generally speaking on a maximum workweek basis, which may be indefinite, fixed-term or on a mini-mum workweek basis.

Workers pledge to work for the employer on an hourly, half-day, full day, part-time, full-time, auxiliary or casual basis, as well as working as a result of a call or a request.

Workers pledge to work for a short period of time as temporary workers in third party companies that are clients of the employer, in the name and on behalf of the latter.
