Administration Office-Secretary (Junior)

Tasks:

- Act as first point of contact for clientele, answer enquiries and/or indentify the relevant person to do so

- Prepare and disseminate correspondence memos and forms

- Facilitate and support the completion ofregular reports (hardcopies or online)

- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings

- Arrange appointments between customers and suppliers

- Develop and maintain the filing system

- Book travel arrangements for the management

- Organize events

- File and update contact details of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

- Ensure that an adequate level of office supplies is kept and place appropriate orders

Requirements:

- Commercial education

- Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience in international environment

- Fluent in English & German

- Strong MS-Office skills

- Good communicator, team player, goal oriented and reliable

- Able to work under pressure, fast learner
