Job Purpose:
The associate will lead the method qualification and handover to QC of new container closure integrity system (Mass extraction and high voltage leak detection) for testing incoming syringes and vials.

Major Accountabilities:

 The main duty of the position is to qualify analytical methods for a new technology of container closure integrity system (ME + HLVD) and handover the equipment to QC at the end of the project.
 The associate will be responsible for
 Design and execute the qualification protocol for the various vial and syringes format
 Write the operating procedure for the equipment + all required associated document
 Establish a training program for the end users in QC
 Hand over the equipment's to QC at the end of the project
 In addition to the qualification the associate may support other activities in the team linked to
 Analytical life cycle management
 Stability
 Support analytical investigations

Ideal Background:

Education:
Degree in Sciences / engineering with 1-2 years GMP experience

Languages:
German: Fluent Level CEFR C1
English: Fluent Level CEFR C1

Experiences:
Experience with equipment qualification or method validation

Workload: 100%; no shift work;
