For a temporary assignment we are looking for a

Clinical Study Supply Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Independent execution of procurement operations
* Timely execution of orders from internal and external regional study teams, in compliance with all Roche safety and quality management regulations
* Works with study teams to develop, preparer and create study material, e.g. collection kits for clinical studies, study binders, labels, tubes
* Preparation of material, documentation, packaging and control of the shipping process
* Review the need for equipment, reagents, sample and consumable materials for the various study phases.
* Coordination and collaboration with shipping departments within Roche and external service providers
* Collaboration with local and global Roche affiliate organizations for study material forecasting ordering and billing

Must Haves
* Bachelor's Degree required or High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Two to four years of related experience minimum in Clinical Trial Support experience in Diagnostic, Medical Device, and/or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
* Warehouse / hands-on material management experience
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in German AND English
* Experience and strong capabilities in teamwork and good communication skills
* Exceptional time management and organizational talent
