Director Marketing & Communication (DE/EN/FR) - 100%
Location: Open within Switzerland & Home Office possible
The future Director Marketing & Communication will be an active member of our Swiss Leadership Team who drives our strategy forward through a holistic Marketing and Communication approach.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing & communication program,
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Swiss marketing & communication publications,
- Lead projects including cause-related marketing and special events,
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives,
- Provide counsel to VP & Leadership Team on marketing and communications. Act as an internal consultant to bring solutions to foster business priorities,
- Conduct relevant market research including coordination, overseeing and monitoring these activities,
- Lead, train and inspire a team of qualified marketing professionals,
- Coordinate media interest in the company and ensure regular contact with target media and replies to media requests as a first point of contact.
- Minimum5years marketing and/orcommunicationexperiencewithaproventrack recordforsuccess in:
- designing and executing the full scope of marketing and communications activities,
- public relations including press releases, presentations and negotiations with media,
- overseeing design and production of printed materials and publications,
- people management,
- managing marketing budget and financials,
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications preferred, with a masters considered as a plus or equivalent experience.
- Native German or French speaker with a good command of the English language,
- Intermediate level of the other national language (German for French speakers and French for German speakers),
- Digitally savvy with an interest in media and social media,
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills,
- Ability to successfully work collaboratively within a leadership team and cross-functional initiatives,
- Passionate for the field of HR Workforce Solutions,
- Strong oral and written communications skills,
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time,
- Ability to work independently and take proactive actions,
- Sense of discretion and trustworthy.
