For our client, an international Pharmaceutical company in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Global Learning Content Developer REXIS, 100%, temporary from March 1, 2021 until March 31, 2023.
Background:
REXIS stands for Excellence in sales and service. This global initiative aims to further improve sales and service processes, as well as the according customer relationship management solution that integrates marketing, sales, customer support center, back office and field services into a common platform. We are looking for a passionate Global Learning Content Developer to help us improve the training of REXIS Service. As Global Learning Content Developer, you will be creating appealing learning content and tools related to service processes and tools (e.g. salesforce.com). The learning content and tools will be created as part of software releases as well as part of global projects and initiatives. You will closely work with Global and Regional Business Process Managers and other stakeholders to understand the training needs and to get input (e.g. new software features, changes to processes) for the learning content. In addition, you will closely collaborate with your team colleagues in Germany and Switzerland.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Create learning content (reference documents, interactive guides, process flowcharts) and tools for software releases and global projects and initiatives
* Closely work with business process managers and other stakeholders globally to understand the changes of tools and processes and to translate them into appealing learning content
* Closely work with your team colleague in Germany, Switzerland, US and Asia
* Drive the continued development of learning content production and learning management practices
* Lead proactively sub-projects within the REXIS service team, especially in the area of communication, change management and training
Must haves:
* One or two year experienced in producing high-quality learning content, such as written documents, illustrations, videos
* One or two experience in online collaboration tools, desktop publishing and video editing and innovative learning solutions information
* Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English
* Solid skills in managing diverse stakeholder needs on a global level and collaborating in virtual teams
* Familiarity with the concept and operating logic of CRM systems and Field Service Management applications
* Strong interest in IT project management and change management
* Experience from a global company
* Ability to travel about 5% to 10% globally
Nice to have:
* Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceMax, Adobe InDesign, Camtasia, WalkMe is a plus
* Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
