For its pharmaceutical partner, Kelly Life Sciences is looking for a:

Medical Affairs Manager
(Temporary position - 4 to 6 months)

Your mission:

  • You are responsible for providing operational and scientific support to the Medical Affairs on the assigned brands activities/projects, knowledge management activities (literature review) and support for implementation of new medical information system

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan and discuss scientific medical events for the brand of responsibility (e.g. symposia, boards, workshops), scientific materials/deliverables and collaborate with the center of excellence in the team and with communication agencies
  • Participate and collaborate in the preparation of internal meetings, workshops and training sessions on the product of responsibility and run the F2F or on-line training
  • Support KOL mapping/engaging/management in the area of responsibility
  • Perform active project management of assigned deliverables for the product of responsibility and for the other cross-product research and publications activities (e.g. Budget management, vendor selection, project tracking) in line with the global operational brand plan.
  • Manage other assigned projects in the area of Vascular Diseases (e.g. draft of regulatory documents and HA answers, internal communications on Medical Affairs activities and comments of the literature to share with partners/regions)
  • Perform the above tasks in agreement with the Medical Lead, in line with the strategy, in collaboration with peers at global and regional level when applicable and other functions from marketing, regional ICO colleagues, communication, clinical pharmacy, regulatory).
  • Support activities in knowledge management, such as literature review alerts
  • Support MA team with the transition to the medical information system (e.g. provider selection, data migration, validation), management of GKIDS.

Your profile:

  • Master's or PhD Degree (science/medical)
  • Experience in Medical Affairs would be ideal
  • Experience in management of scientific projects within pharma, biotech or consulting company
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively and productively communicate in writing and orally
  • Proven capacity to accurately and effectively evaluate and use for research, communication and educational purposes the medical scientific literature
  • Good level in French and in English
