Job description

For GSK Consumer Healthcare SARL, an international pharmaceutical company based in Nyon, we are looking for a:

Payroll Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end processing of monthly and yearly payroll for all GSK Swiss entities
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records (Joiners/Leavers/Changes) and payroll master data
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
  • Process accurate and timely payroll monthly and yearly reporting (OASI, accident & complementary accident insurances, daily sickness insurance, tax at source, GL account, pension fund)
  • Process payroll related allowances (child allowance, etc.)
  • Importing/exporting payroll interface file
  • Processing of all variable wage components like hours, bonuses, provision, capture of holidays, etc.
  • Standard evaluations like birthday, jubilee, family allowance, pension fund, employee stock option plans reporting and international assignees' payroll (expatriates' shadow payroll)

Ideal Background:

  • Demonstrated payroll processing experience (4-6 years)
  • Strong knowhow of Swiss payroll legislations and processes
  • Use of Abacus payroll system for at least 2 years
  • Understanding of International assignees employee payroll (expatriates' shadow payroll)
  • French and English fluent, German good working knowledge
