Junior Brand Manager

Support Senior Brand Manager in leading collaboration with cross-functional internal and external resources to develop business and implement marketing plan for a product/brand.

- Actively participate in the strategic thinking of the brand, such as the launch of new products: strategy development (positioning, competitive analysis, pricing), operational launch follow-up (retro-planning, budget, packaging development)
- Support execution of marketing plans/consumer promotions/advertising plans in line with the brand strategy
- Understand major players in the market and follow-up on in-market brand performance: data analysis, recommendations, participation in the establishment of ad hoc market research
- Work in partnership with Brand Manager, Finance and Product Supply to assist in the monthly management of brand P&Ls and production forecasts to support base business and new product initiatives
- Ensure the brand investments follow-up and budget accurate tracking
- Guide packaging/labeling and website maintenance and provide support for e-commerce activities in line with brand objectives and marketing plans
- Key contact for the operational management of consumer's communication tools: DTC communication (TV, press ad), digital activities follow-up (website, online video ...) and PR activities
- Exchange with external suppliers (communications agency, market research agency) and internal stakeholders (trade marketing, regulatory, International Marketing) to ensure follow up of key projects


- Master degree in marketing: Business school, Engineering school or Pharmacist

- Rigorous and autonomous

- Able to simultaneously manage a lot of different projects

- Proactive and keen to take initiatives

- A team player with a supportive attitude

- Creativity and Analytical skills

- Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)

- Minimum of 6 months experience in Marketing or Sales
