Our client is a pharmaceutical company in Basel. For a sickness leave we are looking for a

Performance Management - Supply Chain Ops-SCM-PH

The assignment is planned until End of September 2022 with option for prolongation.

Key Tasks

  • Creation and Management of Customer Sales Orders, Purchase Requisitions and Intercompany Purchase Orders
  • Monitoring and assessment of gross or net sales demand from affiliates or external customers (Management of SAP APO DP/SNP in consideration of inventory targets and master data settings)
  • Point of contact for Bayer affiliates, external customers and suppliers for the supply process of finished goods and bulk and API material Exception based management of supply chain issues, direction and prioritization of the supply chain
  • Monitoring and achievement of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (e.g. inventory levels, schedule attainment and customer service level, forecast accuracy)
  • Manages product life-cycle projects, coordination of change requests for new product introductions, text and layout changes and product eliminations
  • Check applicability of requirements from GMP/GXP, ICS, Medical Device, Legal Requirements, Hazardous Goods and Environment Health and Safety regulations and ensure that these are followed
  • Act as subject matter expert in projects

Qualifications Required

  • BS/BA in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • at least 3 years of supply chain experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer health or similar industry
  • Experience in SAP SD/MM and SAP APO, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and other software packages
  • Understanding of legal, regulatory, and GMP/GXP environment in OTC marketing and manufacturing
  • Sufficient theoretical and practical background in production planning, logistics and forecasting
  • Experiences in Product Lifecycle Management projects
  • Effective language skills in English to communicate technical and non- technical issues to various levels of management within and outside BCC A Preferred: Fluent language skills in Spanish
  • Proactive and analytical approach, solution oriented with the ability to solve problems and set priorities
  • High degree of customer focus
  • Basic project management skills
  • Skills to effectively resolve conflicts in a team environment and with non-Bayer entities
